AS FOR MY TRAINING AND HEALTHY EATING, I'M STRIVING REALLY WELL!!!
I'M SO LOVING MY HYPERTROPHY SUPERSETS TRAINING!!! I INCREASED THE WEIGHTS AND INTENSITY WHILE STILL BEING GENTLE WITH MY KNEES AND I'M MAKING SOME AWESOME GAINS AND PROGRESS!!!
AND FOR CLEAN EATS...
THESE CHICKEN LETTUCE WRAPS ARE THE BOMB. THERE ARE SIMPLE AND FAST TO PREP AND EASY TO GO MEALS!!!
I MIXED THE CHICKEN WITH CHOPPED CELERY, ONIONS, AND CILANTRO. ADD THE A SCOOP OF MAYO BECAUSE I DIDN'T HAVE PLAIN YOGURT AND ADD CRAISINS AND FRESH SQUEEZED LIMES WIT SALT & PEPPER TO TASTE. MIX IT ALL UP AND WRAP IT UP IN A ROMAINE LETTUCE AND THAT'S IT!!!
I CAN DO ABOUT 3-4 WRAPS AND I'M DONE!!! LOTS OF PROTEIN!!!
MY COUSIN ALISSA GOT ME INTO "JUICE PLUS", ITS PRETTY MUCH GETTING ALL YOUR DAILY VEGGIES AND FRUITS NEEDS IN PILLS INCLUDING OMEGAS WHICH I AM A VERY BIG FAN OF. I'VE BEEN TAKING THEM FOR A WEEK NOW BUT I'LL KNOW AFTER A MONTH OR SO WHERE I'LL START TO FEEL THE BENEFITS, SO I'LL BE KEEPING ALL OF YOU UPDATED ALONG THE WAY.

SINCE I PRETTY MUCH CUT MY ALCOHOL INTAKE TO ALMOST ZERO, I WANTED TO COME UP WITH MY MIX THAT WASN'T TOO HEAVY IN ALCOHOL, MINIMAL SUGAR, AND YUMMY TO SIP.
I MIXED SAKE OR SOCHU WITH CLUB SODA AND ADDED MINT LEAVES AND LIMES WITH ICE. THIS IS MY NEW DRINK OF CHOICE!!! ITS WAY BETTER THAN BEER BECAUSE ITS SO DAMN FATTENING AND HEAVY... GRRR!!! AND BETTER THAN HARD LIQUOR WITH ALL THE HEAVY HANGOVERS. JUST TO CLEAR THINGS UP, I'M CREATING ALTERNATIVES DRINKS SO I CAN CONTINUE ONWARD WITH MY HEALTH AND FITNESS LIFESTYLE. NO WORRIES, I'LL ALWAYS BE OPEN FOR THE SPECIAL OCCASIONS... LOL!!!

SO THIS IS A HUGE CONTROVERSIAL TOPIC FOR THE HEALTH FREAKS...
IT REALLY COMES DOWN TO MODERATION AND OFF-SETTING YOUR PLATEAU WHICH IS WHY THESE "CHEAT DAYS' ARE CREATED. IT ALSO HELPS WITH DISCOURAGEMENT AND IT ALSO CAN BE AN INCENTIVE, BUT KNOW THIS... DO NOT INDULGE TOO MUCH AND THEN OUT GOES ALL YOUR HARD WORK YOU DID THE WEEK BEFORE. A SIMPLE FORMULA I USE ON MYSELF, DO NOT EAT MORE IN UNHEALTHY FOOD CALORIES THAN WHAT YOU BURNED IN THE ARENA!!!
