AFTER A HUGE LAY-OFF FROM WORKING OUT, IT'S TIME TO GET BACK WHAT I ALMOST LOST, IT'S TRUE, THIS YEAR HAS DEFINITELY BEEN A CHALLENGING YEAR AND I'M GLAD I FINALLY OVERCAME MY FEARS AND GOT BACK TO RIGHT WHERE I LEFT OFF!!!
SO I CHANGED THINGS UP IN MY TRAINING AND MY SUPPLEMENTS, THIS TIME I'M FOCUSING ON "FREE-WEIGHTS" AND "TRX" TRAINING!!!
I WAS RECOMMENDED "HYPERTROPHY SPECIFIC TRAINING" FROM A GOOD FRIEND OF MINE. IT PRETTY MUCH FOCUSES ON A FULL BODY CIRCUIT TRAINING WHILE INCREASING THE WEIGHTS AND INTENSITY!!!
AND FOR SUPPLEMENTS, I'M ADDING SOME NEW STUFF TOWARDS MY CURRENT INTAKES...

AND THIS IS ANOTHER RECOMMENDED "ADD-ON" TO MY DAILY SUPPLEMENTS INTAKE... "TESTOSTERONE"... AND NO, ITS NOT STERIODS EITHER... LOL!!!
AFTER MY FIRST SESSION, I WAS PRETTY BLOWN BY THE CONCEPT AS I'M SO USE TO "SPLIT-BODY TRAINING"... BUT IT WAS GOOD AND I'M ALREADY FEELING IT... I CAN'T WAIT FOR WEDNESDAY TO COME!!!
THIS IS A 12 WEEK TRAINING PROGRAM WITH ALOT OF "ADD-ON FLEXIBILITY" WHICH MAKES IT MORE CHALLENGING AND YET EXCITING AS WELL!!!
SO I'LL BE POSTING MY "12 WEEKS JOURNEY" SO YOU ALL CAN SEE MY PROGRESS AND GAINS!!!
