AFTER AN AWESOME TRIP BACK HOME, ITS ALWAYS HARD TO LEAVE, ESPECIALLY MY KAHEALANI. BUT I DO HAVE RESPONSIBILITY AND I MUST CONTINUE ON TO PROVIDE A BETTER LIFE HER.

SO AS SOON AS I RETURNED TO ALASKA, I KNEW I HAD ALOT OF WORK TO DO, AND I'M NOT TALKING ABOUT MY ALASKA AIRLINES AND BYF JOB, I NEEDED TO GET MY LIFE BACK IN GEAR AND START MY TRAINING RIGHT AWAY, I FORGOT TO MENTION THAT I SIGNED UP FOR 4 SPARTAN RACES!!!

SO IT WAS TIME MAKE NEW WORKOUT PLANS AND EATING PLANS... AND THANK GOD THAT I'M ABLE TO FLY INTO ANCHORAGE, ALASKA TO DO A CLEAN EATING GROCERY SHOPPING LIST!!!

I'VE DECIDED TO START OFF WITH ONE OF MY FAVORITE WORKOUT PROGRAM:
TOM VENUTO'S - "THE NEW BODY" HYPERTROPHY STRENGTH TRAINING PROGRAM, WHICH IS ALSO 4 WEEKS LONG AND IT FITS PERFECTLY INTO MY SCHEDULE BECAUSE BY THE TIME I COMPLETE THIS PROGRAM, I'LL BE HEADING BACK TO HILO, HAWAI'I FOR ANOTHER WEEK LONG... :)
PLANNING, STRATEGIZING, AND CONSISTENCY IS WHAT I BASED MY PERSONAL HEALTH & FITNESS SYSTEM FORMULA. AND I'VE HAD GREAT RESULTS!!!
ALL MY TRAINING AND WORKOUTS ARE ALL DONE AT MY PERSONAL HOME. I HAVE BOWFLEX MACHINE, DUMBBELL SETS, FREE WEIGHTS, AND A PULL UP BAR. THIS IS MORE THAN ENOUGH TO FOLLOW AND/OR CREATE AN AWESOME WORKOUT PLAN OF YOUR OWN!!!
SO MY JOURNEY NOW BEGINS...
I ALSO DO USE SUPPLEMENTS TO HELP SPEED UP RECOVERY AND BUILDS, AND WHEN I COMBINE CLEAN FOODS AND SPACE MY EAT TIMES, I'M PRETTY SET TO GO!!!
ANOTHER CHALLENGING TASK IS... MEAL PREPPING!!!
I MUST ADMIT, THIS IS KINDA NEW TO ME AND I'VE BEEN SEEING NUMEROUS PICS AND ARTICLES ON THIS ON SOCIAL MEDIAS AND I HAD TO GIVE THIS A TRY AND I HAVE ALOT TO LEARN AND MASTER .
