MAN O MAN... TALK ABOUT HURTING ALL OVER MY BODY, I COULD BARELY LIFT A BAG OUT OF THE AIRPLANE... LOL!!!
THIS IS A GOOD WAKE UP CALL AND A REALITY CHECK... TO NEVER TAKE A LONG BREAK FROM MY WORKOUTS... (6 MONTHS... YIKES!!!)
LESSONS LEARNED AND I'M VERY HUMBLED!!!
I ACTUALLY HAD TO TAKE A 3 DAY REST TO RECOVER AND AVOID INJURIES!!!
AND TODAY I GOT BACK ON SCHEDULE AND CONTINUED ON...
ON ANOTHER EXCITING NEWS... MY BENCH CAME IN!!!
AND I FINALLY PLANNED OUT MY MEALS FOR THE WEEK...
AFTER DOING TODAY'S... BODY BEAST CHEST & TRIS, I FELT WAY BETTER AND NOT AS SORE AND FATIGUED LIKE LAST WEEK... I'M SO GLAD I ENDURED "HELL WEEK!!!"
MY ARMS HAS DEFINITELY LOSS MASS AND DEFINITION... BUT I'M OKAY AND I ACCEPT FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR NOT BEING CONSISTENT LIKE I'M SUPPOSED TO.
