TODAY WAS ALL SHOULDERS... UGHHH!!! I AM STILL SORE AND HURTING FROM MONDAY... AND... I STILL HAVE 2 MORE WORKOUT DAYS TO GO BEFORE I CAN REST!!!
MY PRE-WORKOUT SNACK BEFORE I START...
ITS BEEN AWHILE SINCE I FELT THIS SORE AND TIGHT... BUT LIKE THEY SAY... SORENESS MEANS MUSCLE GROWTH... AND I LOVE AND EMBRACED THAT KINDA "PAIN"... ALL DAY AND ALL NIGHT!!!
