ADDING "PIYO" TO MY DAILY WORKOUTS HAS BEEN THE BEST DECISION I EVER MADE!!!
WHEN I LOOK BACK AND COMBINES ALL OF MY TRAININGS THAT I DO ON A DAILY BASIS:
"HYPERTROPHY STRENGTH TRAINING"
"STEP AEROBICS"
"JUMP ROPE CONDITIONING"
"PIYO"
I AVERAGE AT AROUND 6-7 HOURS OF TRAINING HOURS IN A 6 DAY PERIOD WITH A ONE DAY RECOVERY.
ALSO MY AVERAGE CALORIES BURNED NOT INCLUDING MY INTAKE USUALLY ADDS TO 5000 - 6000 AND IT BALANCED OUT TO AROUND 3500 CALORIES BURNED A WEEK RESULTING 1-2 POUNDS LOSS A WEEK WHICH IS A SLOW PROCESS OF LOSING FAT WHILE I AM GAINING MUSCLES ALL AT ONCE!!!
I MUST ADMIT... I FEEL STRONGER, MORE ENERGETIC, MORE DRIVEN TO BE BETTER THAN I WAS THE DAY BEFORE!!!
