I DEEPLY APOLOGIZE FOR NOT POSTING ANYTHING LAST WEEK AS I WAS DOWN WITH THE FLU FOR 2 DAYS WHICH KEPT ME OFF FROM WORK TOO.
THE FUNNY THING ABOUT ALL THIS... ALTHOUGH I WAS FEELING SO CRAPPY, I COULDN'T HELP IT... I JUST HAD TO WORKOUT!!!
MY NOSE WAS RUNNY, I WAS COUGHING LIKE CRAZY, I HAD BODY CHILLS, AND ALL THE USUAL SYMPTOMS OF THE FLU. THANK GOD IT WASN'T EBOLA!!!
BUT YOU KNOW WHAT... I PUSHED MYSELF TO AT LEAST GET MY "STRENGTH TRAINING" WORKOUTS IN. I CUT THE CARDIO WORKOUTS AND JUST FOCUSED ON STRENGTH & MUSCLES.
AND YES... I WAS OUT OF BREATH, I WAS OUT OF RHYTHM, I WAS OUT OF MIND... WHATEVERS... EVEN THE FLU WASN'T GONNA STOP ME.
