ALOHA EVERYONE!!!
FRIDAY IS ALWAYS AN EXTRA CHALLENGE FOR ME BECAUSE OF MY WORK SCHEDULE. ON THURSDAYS... I WORK FROM 1500 - 2300. AS SOON AS I GET HOME I GO STRAIGHT TO BED WHICH IS RIGHT AROUND 2315 - 2330. I SET MY ALARM FOR THE VERY NEXT MORNING AT 0345 AND BY 0415 I'M ALREADY HITTING MY STRENGTH TRAINING AND I'LL BE DONE RIGHT 0500.
MY STRENGTH TRAINING STATS:
AND I THEN HIT MY AEROBICS CLASS AT THE COLLEGE CAMPUS WHICH IS FROM 0600 - 0700.
MY AEROBICS STATS:
RIGHT AFTER MY AEROBICS I HEAD STRAIGHT HOME, PACK MY LUNCH
"BROWN RICE CHIRASHI!!!"
AND HIT THE SHOWERS AND THEN GO STRAIGHT TO WORK AT 0800!!!
WHAT A WAY TO START MY ALOHA FRIDAY... LOL!!! BUT THE "AWWWESOME" NEWS IS MY BLOOD IS PUMPING AND READY TO GO AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... MY "METABOLISM" IS FIRING ON ALL 13 CYLINDERS!!!
BY THE TIME 1600 ARRIVES.. ITS "PAU HANA" TIME!!!
LATELY I'VE BEEN EXPERIMENTING WITH MY FOODS. FOODS THAT WILL GIVE ME ENERGY, BUILD MUSCLES, BURN FAT, ETC.
IT'S ALOT OF FUN ONCE YOU GET A GOOD UNDERSTANDING OF YOUR FOODS. THERE'S FOODS THAT CAN YOU EAT AS MUCH AS YOU WANT AND NOT FEEL GUILTY OR WORRIED ABOUT BECAUSE ITS BASICALLY,
"BURNING THE FAT... FEEDING THE MUSCLES!!!"
SO TAKE THE TIME TO "KNOW YOUR BODY AND WHAT IT NEEDS", AND ALSO "KNOW YOUR FOODS"... WHAT IT DOES FOR YOUR BODY... IS IT "HELPING" OR IS IT "HURTING" YOUR BODY.
I'LL KEEP SAYING THIS... "LISTEN TO YOUR BODY!!!"
