SO I RECEIVED A CALL THAT "AEROBICS CLASS" GOT CANCELLED BECAUSE OUR INSTRUCTOR IS OUT SICK!!!
EH DAWN... HURRY UP AND RECOVER SO WE CAN GET THIS GOING!!!
SO I MOVED STRAIGHT TO MY "STRENGTH TRAINING"... FEELS GOOD TO BE BACK... IMPROVING MY HEALTH AND INCREASING MY ENDURANCE!!! I GOT BIG PLANS THIS COMING SUMMER... I GOT SEVERAL PEOPLE ALREADY INVOLVED AND READY FOR MY PROPOSED SUMMER WORKOUT PLANS!!!
I HAVEN'T GAVE IT A NAME YET... BUT WHEN I DO COME UP WITH ONE... ALL OF YOU WILL KNOW.
I'M INCORPORATING "EXPLOSIVES DRILLS" WITH A COMBINATION OF "CROSSFIT", "HIIT/TABATA", "SPRINTS", "KETTLEBELLS" AND "TRAIL RUNNING".
