AS ALWAYS... I LOVE KICK STARTING MY WORKOUTS EARLY IN THE MORNING... ESPECIALLY IF I HAVE TO WORK DURING THE DAY!!!

UP AT 4:00AM!!!

I JUST LOVE MY "FREE WEIGHTS" TRAINING!!!
AND THEN I TAKE MY "WHEY PROTEIN"... THE LOVE OF MY LIFE!!!
