ANOTHER GOOD RUN TODAY WITH A COOL BREEZE TO TAKE THE HEAT OFF A LITTLE. THIS TIME I INCREASED MY RUN AN EXTRA .5 MILE SO I RAN FOR 1.5 MILES AND WALKED FOR .5 MILE TO INCREASE MY ENDURANCE.

I'M SO GLAD TO BE BACK IN FULL TRAINING AFTER A CHALLENGING SUMMER WITH KAHEALANI VISITING. I DIDN'T REALIZE HOW MUCH OF A DISTRACTION SHE CAN BE WHEN SHE'S WITH ME. THE MOMENT I SEE HER... I DON'T WANNA DO ANYTHING BUT PLAY AND SPEND TIME WITH HER.
AND SHE HATES MY NEW EATING HABITS TOO. SHE GOT SO SICK AND TIRED OF EATING TURKEY SANDWICHES WITH AVOCADOS AND TOMATOES, THAT I HAD TO SHOP FOR JUNK FOODS LIKE PUDDING AND ICE CREAM AND JUICE AND CHIPS AND FAST FOODS AND "GOD KNOWS WHAT ELSE" IS ON THE LIST... LOL!!!
BUT THAT IS PART OF THE LESSON, I LEARNED SO MUCH ABOUT MYSELF THIS PAST SUMMER AS FAR AS "DISCIPLINE" GOES. AND TO BE ABLE TO SEPARATE "OHANA" AND "LEISURE" ACTIVITIES, IT'S AN EYE OPENER
