SO TODAY IS MIDWAY THRU THE WEEK AND 4 DAYS BEFORE ANOTHER 5K RUN IN BETHEL, ALASKA.
I FINALLY CAME DOWN TO ME KNEES FEELING VERY GUILTY FOR THE WAY I'VE EATEN AFTER LAST WEEK SATURDAY'S 5K RUN.
AFTER COMPLAINING ABOUT MY POOR RUNNING LAST MONDAY WITH NUMEROUS STOPS AND WALKING VS MY USUAL NONSTOP RUNNING... I NOW KNOW WHY AND ACTUALLY I KIND KNEW THIS WAS GONNA HAPPEN TO ME AFTER THE WAY I ATE ON SATURDAY AND SUNDAY.
SO BE PREPARED WHAT I'M ABOUT TO LIST AS FAR AS I WHAT I ATE... LOL!!!
SATURDAY:
A PLATE OF SPAGHETTI AND A CUPCAKE AT A BIRTHDAY PARTY!!!
SEVERAL DIFFERENT SALADS, SWEET HOT WINGS, MORE SPAGHETTI, CAKE AT BABY SHOWER!!!
3/4 OF A LARGE PEPPERONI PIZZA AT HOME FOR DINNER!!!
2 CHEESEBURGERS, 3 BRATWURSTS, 4 BUDWEISER BLACK CROWN BEERS AT A POKER PARTY!!!
SUNDAY:
PORK ADOBO WITH RICE, 5 CHEESEBURGERS!!!
SO THERE YOU HAVE IT FOLKS!!! AFTER TORTURING MYSELF WITH ALL THESE TERRIBLE FOODS... I KNEW I WAS GONNA GET PUNISHED ON MONDAY!!!
IN FACT... I AM SO GLAD I WENT THROUGH THIS TO EXPERIENCE THE CONSEQUENCES OF POOR EATING!!!
THAT INCIDENT ONLY MOTIVATED ME TO DO BETTER AND HATE MORE OF THE BAD FOODS THAT CAN AFFECT MY HEALTH AND OF ALSO "MODERATION" PLAYS A FACTOR... BUT AGAIN I AM VERY PROUD OF MYSELF TO MOVE FORWARD AND PERFORM BETTER!!!
SO FOR TODAY I WENT AND DID MY CIRCUIT TRAINING AND DID A 2 MILE RUN NONSTOP!!! YUPZ... NO GASSING OUT LIKE I DID ON MONDAY. IT FELT GOOD TO GET MY RHYTHM BACK AND I LOOK FORWARD TO IMPROVING MYSELF ON A DAILY BASIS!!!
