FOR THIS WEEK... I FINALLY GOT STARTED ON MY NEW WORKOUT PROGRAM CALLED "THE NEW BODYBUILDER WORKOUT" BY TOM VENUTO!!!
I JUST GOT DONE WITH LEVEL 01 AND I'M SORE... SORE... SORE!!!
WHEW!!! IT DOES FEEL GOOD AND AT THE SAME TIME IT DOESN'T FEEL ALL THAT GREAT!!!
BUT OVERALL... I ALWAYS WELCOME THE PAIN AS IT'S THE SIGN OF MY WEAKNESS LEAVING MY BODY!!!
I ALSO RESET MY WORKOUT ROOM WITH ALL NEW WORKOUT ILLUSTRATIONS TO FOLLOW A "STEP BY STEP" PER LEVEL AS INSTRUCTED BY MY NEW PROGRAM. I ALSO INSTALLED A HEIGHT ADJUSTABLE "PULL-UP BAR" TOO!!! I'LL BE ADDING ANOTHER "PULL UP BAR" TO BE ABLE TO DIPS IN THE NEAR FUTURE!!!
SEE... I TOLD YOU FOLKS THAT "PHASE 05 & 06" WAS GOING TO BE A WHOLE NEW LEVEL FOR ME!!!
