TODAY I DID ANOTHER WARM UP "RUN/WALK" SESSION BECAUSE ON MY LAST RUN I OVER DID IT AND I'M STILL SORE BUT I DIDN'T WANT TO MAKE IT AN EXCUSE TO NOT GO OUT AND RUN TODAY.
BUT THIS TIME I DID A ONE MILE RUN AND THEN A ONE MILE WALK FOR TODAY. AND I'LL INCREASE IT A HALF MILE TO MY NEXT SESSION WHICH IS THIS COMING FRIDAY AND WILL KEEP INCREASING IT ON A WEEKLY BASIS UNTIL I HIT A 5 MILE NONSTOP!!!
