TODAY IS WEEK 04 AND ANOTHER 5K RUN THIS COMING SATURDAY!!!
ALL THE MORE REASON TO GO OUT AND RUN AND TRAIN HARD!!!
SPEAKING OF TRAINING HARDER... TODAY I FELT WAS MY WORST RUN... 2.5K TO BE EXACT AND I HAD TO STOP AND WALK SEVERAL TIMES AS I FELT I WAS RUNNING OUT OF BREATH WITH THE SAME PACE THAT I NORMALLY RUN.
I SAID TO MYSELF... WHAT THE HECK??? AM I DOING SOMETHING WRONG??? IT WAS VERY WEIRD AND FRUSTRATING FOR ME. AND AS I WAS WALKING BACK HOME... MY HEART HIT A SNAG AND I THEN KNEW WHY I WAS SO OUT OF IT... THE LAST DAYS I ATE THE WORST FOODS IMAGINABLE... AND I DRANK SOME BEERS TOO... YIKES!!! THIS HAS TO BE THE REASON WHY I WAS SO OUT OF IT!!!
WELL FOLKS THERE YOU HAVE IT... THE FOODS OF DESTRUCTION... CHEESEBURGERS, BRATWURSTS, PIZZAS, PORK ADOBO & RICE, SPAGHETTI, CAKE, HOT WINGS, AND BUDWEISER BLACK CROWN LAGERS!!!
