I'M NOW ON WEEK 4!!! THIS WILL BE MY LAST WEEK OF FULL TRAINING AND FOR THE WEEK AFTER THIS I'LL BE DOING CIRCUIT STRENGTH TRAINING FOR ONLY 3 DAYS AND THEN I AM HOME BOUND!!!
YES... KEAUKAHA... I AM RETURNING AND MOST IMPORTANTLY... ME AND KAHEALANI WILL BE TOGETHER AGAIN!!!
I'M SO EXCITED AND I CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER!!!
ANYWAYS BACK TO TODAY'S REPORT, I WOKE UP VERY EARLY IN THE MORNING (5:00AM) TO KNOCKOUT MY WORKOUTS ON MY "CHEST & SHOULDERS" AND THEN I WAS SCHEDULE TO GO RUNNING RIGHT AFTERWARDS AT 9:00AM.
HOWEVER... BETHEL, ALASKA GOT COLD AGAIN TO -1 WITH -11 WIND CHILLS!!! I WAS LIKE HMMM... DO I EVEN HAVE PROPER WINTER RUNNING GEARS??? BUT I WAS STILL DETERMINED TO GO EVEN IF I HAD TO THROW ON MY HEAVY DUTY BIB AND AND HEAVY DUTY DOWN COAT... LOL!!! BUT I CALLED COACH CHRISTI AND ASKED ABOUT IF IT'S A GOOD IDEA TO BE RUNNING IN SUCH COLD WEATHER AND SHE SAID THAT WE SHOULD CANCEL FOR ANOTHER DAY. I DID SAY THAT I COULD GO RUNNING AT MY WORKPLACE LATER ON IN THE EVENING SO THAT I AM STILL ON SCHEDULE AND NOT MISS ANY DAYS OF TRAINING. AND SHE SAID THAT IT WAS OKAY.
SO FAST FORWARD 12 HOURS LATER. I'M ALREADY RUNNING IN THE GYM AT WORK AND I REALIZED HOW VERY BORING IT IS AS I MISS SEEING THE BEAUTIFUL OUTDOOR SCENERY AS I DID LAST SATURDAY. BUT I DID MY RUNNING AND I WAS GLAD THAT I DID AND IT WAS VERY GOOD AS MY BODY WAS REALLY FEELING IT.
AND THAT WAS PRETTY MUCH MY DAY... SIMPLE AND YET SWEATY... LOL!!!
