CARDIO TRAINING: A COMBINATION OF RUNNING, AEROBICS, & CARDIO BOXING AT MODERATE INTENSITY FOR A TOTAL OF 30 MINUTES.

I DID IT!!! I COMPLETED “PHASE ONE” ON ‘PROJECT SYNERGY”. THAT WAS THE FASTEST 6 WEEKS I’VE EXPERIENCED!!! I’M VERY HAPPY WITH MY RESULTS, IT WAS TOUGH AT FIRST BUT EVENTUALLY I WAS ABLE TO KEEP IT GOING AND NOT BACK DOWN FOR ANY REASONS. I’M VERY GRATEFUL FOR NOT GETTING INJURED OR SICK ALONG THE COURSE AND I ALSO BELIEVE THIS WAS POSSIBLE BECAUSE I AM BUILDING UP MY HEALTH TO BEST IT’S EVER BEEN. I ALSO TELL MYSELF EVERYDAY THAT I AM A HEALTHY & BEAUTIFUL PERSON!!! DAILY AFFIRMATIONS, POWERFUL MENTAL DISCIPLINE, EATING THE PROPER FOODS, EXERCISING PROPERLY, TRUST, COURAGE, AND PATIENCE!!!

TOTAL WORKOUT TIME: 48 HOURS, 59 MINUTES, 40 SECONDS!!!
SO HERE’S MY RESULTS FROM MY “KATCH MCARDLE CHART FOR WEEK 06:
THE LAST WEEK OF MY TRAINING STARTED TO REALLY GET TO ME AS I WAS FEELING VERY TIRED AND EXHAUSTED JUGGLING EVERYTHING FROM WORKING OUT, WORK SCHEDULES, DANCE SCHEDULES, AND OFF TIME SCHEDULES. IT WAS AN EYE OPENER AND A WAKE UP CALL FOR ME AS I GOT TO SEE HOW PRECIOUS TIME CAN FLY AND THERE IS NONE THAT I CAN AFFORD TO WASTE. I TRULY CAME TO MY CONCLUSION THAT “MY TIME” IS REALLY MY “LIFE LINE” TICKING AWAY UNTIL GOD SAYS IT’S TIME TO LEAVE. AND THIS HAS BROUGHT ME TO UNDERSTAND THAT I HAVE TOTAL CONTROL ON HOW I MANAGE “MY TIME”, AND IT MUST BE ACCOUNTED FOR. I MAKE IT A PRIORITY TO PUT “HAPPINESS” ON TOP OF MY LIST REGARDLESS WHAT OTHER PEOPLE THINKS. I’VE MADE THE DECISION TO GO OUT AND DO WHAT I WANT TO DO VERSUS WHAT OTHERS WANTS ME TO DO OR THINKS WHAT IS BEST FOR ME. I DO KEEP MYSELF OPEN FOR INVITATIONS, BUT LATELY I’VE BEEN CHOOSING TO SPEND TIME BY MYSELF AND MEDITATE WHAT AND HOW I CAN LIVE A BETTER AND HAPPIER LIFE. AND SO FAR I AM JUST BEGINNING MY JOURNEY!!!
WITH THAT BEING SAID, I AM CURRENTLY TAKING AN ENTIRE WEEK OFF AND ENJOY MY FREE TIME WITH MYSELF. EVERYDAY I THINK AND PICTURE MY DAUGHTER, KAHEALANI BEING SO PROUD OF ME AND MY ACCOMPLISHMENTS. I ENVISION MYSELF WITH HER RUNNING SIDE BY SIDE ALONG THE BEAUTIFUL ROADS OF THE KEAUKAHA HOMESTEAD. DOING TAI CHI TOGETHER AT THE BEAUTIFUL “LILIUOKALNI GARDENS” LOCATED IN HILO, HAWAI’I WITH MAUNAKEA IN THE BACKGROUND. SWIMMING TOGETHER IN THE MANY BEAUTIFUL LAVA BEACHES ALONG THE KEAUKAHA COAST. SWIMMING ALONG SIDE THE “HONU” (TURTLE). I CAN ON AND ON WITH THESE VIVID VISIONS I PUT IN MY HEAD EVERYDAY!!!
AND THIS IS WHY I DO THIS FOR A LIVING. THIS IS “MY BEAUTIFUL LIFE”. IT’S ALL UP TO ME TO MAKE MY LIFE MATTER AND COUNT AND TO UPLIFT AND INSPIRE OTHERS WHO ARE WATCHING AND LISTENING.
THIS IS MY LIFETIME GOAL!!!
UNTIL THEN… “KEEP LIVING YOUR BEAUTIFUL LIFE!!!”

01 – I PUT MYSELF FIRST ON THE TOP OF MY PRIORITY LIST.
02 – I FIGHT ALL FOOD TEMPTATIONS THAT LEADS ME OFF FOCUS.
03 – I LISTEN TO MY BODY.
04 – I DELIBERATELY PRACTICE PATIENCE & SELF CONTROL.
05 – I STICK TO MY TRAINING (CARDIO & WEIGHTS) AS SCHEDULED.
06 – I STICK TO MY ALLOWED DAILY CALORIES INTAKE.
07 – I EAT MOSTLY UNPROCESSED FOODS.
08 – I GET AT LEAST 8 HOURS OF SLEEP.
09 – I FUEL MY ACTIONS WITH COURAGE, TRUST, & CONFIDENCE.
10 – I TRUST THE PROCESS OF “MY BEAUTIFUL LIFE”.
11 – I LIVE MY LIFE WITH “INTEGRITY”.
12 – I LOVE MYSELF UNCONDITIONALLY.
13 – I PRAY AND THANK GOD FOR ALL & EVERYTHING HE’S DONE FOR ME.
