SUNDAY REST DAY + CHEAT DAY!!!
MONDAY CARDIO + CHEST & SHOULDERS
TUESDAY CARDIO ONLY
WEDNESDAY CARDIO + BACK & ARMS
THURSDAY CARDIO ONLY
FRIDAY CARDIO + LEGS & TRUNKS
SATURDAY REST DAY!!!
CARDIO TRAINING: A COMBINATION OF RUNNING, AEROBICS, & CARDIO BOXING AT MODERATE INTENSITY FOR A TOTAL OF 30 MINUTES.
ALOHA “TEAM AWWWRITE!!!”
ANOTHER “AWWWESOME” WEEK FOR ME AS I ADDED TWO MORE SETS TO EACH OF EXERCISES AS SAID EARLIER, AND LET ME TELL YOU… IT WAS PRETTY GRUELING… LOL!!! BUT I SURVIVED “WEEK 05” EVEN THOUGH MY BODY IS SUPER TIRED AND SORE FROM ALL THE HARD WORK I PUT IN. THE GOOD NEWS ABOUT THIS THAT WHEN I ADDED ALL MY TOTAL CALORIES BURNED, THAT TWO EXTRA SETS KNOCKED OFF AN ADDITIONAL THOUSAND PLUS CALORIES!!! I CANNOT COMPLAIN ABOUT THAT!!! I HAVE ONE MORE WEEK TO GO AND I’LL COMPLETE MY “PROJECT SYNERGY” – PHASE 01!!! I CAN’T WAIT TO TOTAL ALL MY NUMBERS AND SEE THE RESULTS… PLUS PICTURES!!! SO KEEP SEEING THE “POSITIVE END RESULTS” FOR ME AS IT DOES MATTER TO ME!!!
SO HERE’S MY RESULTS FROM MY “KATCH MCARDLE CHART FOR WEEK 05:
AS YOU ALL KNOW THIS WAS ALSO “SUPERBOWL WEEKEND!!!” AND IT WAS AN “AWWWESOME” GAME IN MY OPINION. I WAS ROOTING FOR SAN FRANCISCO 49ERS, ALTHOUGH THEY HAD A VERY ROUGH 1ST HALF, THEY CAME BACK REAL STRONG AND I KNOW IT PUT THE BALTIMORE RAVENS ON THE EDGE OF THEIR SEATS… LOL!!! BUT I WANT TO GIVE A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO ALL THE NFL PLAYERS THAT MADE THIS FAR, WIN OR LOSE… YOU GUYS ROCKED MY SUNDAY AFTERNOON!!! ON SUPERBOWL SUNDAY, ONE OF MY “TEAM AWWWRITE!!!” TEAMMATE, BRADDA TOM INVITED ME AND SOME FRIENDS OVER TO ENJOY NOT ONLY THE GAME BUT THE “ONOLICIOUS FOODS THAT WENT WITH IT. SEE FOR YOURSELF:
AND THAT CONCLUDES MY WONDERFUL WEEK!!! AGAIN, I WANT TO PERSONALLY GIVE A “BIG MAHALO” TO TOM AND HIS OHANA FOR OPENING UP THEIRS PLACE FOR ME TO ENJOY FOODS, COMPANY, AND SUPERBOWL ACTION!!!

01 – I PUT MYSELF FIRST ON THE TOP OF MY PRIORITY LIST.
02 – I FIGHT ALL FOOD TEMPTATIONS THAT LEADS ME OFF FOCUS.
03 – I LISTEN TO MY BODY.
04 – I DELIBERATELY PRACTICE PATIENCE & SELF CONTROL.
05 – I STICK TO MY TRAINING (CARDIO & WEIGHTS) AS SCHEDULED.
06 – I STICK TO MY ALLOWED DAILY CALORIES INTAKE.
07 – I EAT MOSTLY UNPROCESSED FOODS.
08 – I GET AT LEAST 8 HOURS OF SLEEP.
09 – I FUEL MY ACTIONS WITH COURAGE, TRUST, & CONFIDENCE.
10 – I TRUST THE PROCESS OF “MY BEAUTIFUL LIFE”.
11 – I LIVE MY LIFE WITH “INTEGRITY”.
12 – I LOVE MYSELF UNCONDITIONALLY.
13 – I PRAY AND THANK GOD FOR ALL & EVERYTHING HE’S DONE FOR ME.
