WEEK 05 HAS BEGUN AND I ADDED TWO MORE SETS AND IT'S GRUELING ON THE BODY. I'M REALLY FEELING THE FATIGUE AFTER THE 5TH SET, I BETTER BUMP UP MY CALORIES INTAKE TOO. I HAVE TO ADMIT, OVER THE LAST FEW DAYS, I ATE WAY UNDER MY REQUIRED CALORIES INTAKE. IT'S FUNNY THINKING THE LESS YOU EAT THE BETTER THE WEIGHT LOSS, BUT I LEARNED THROUGH EXPERIENCE THAT YOU HAVE TO EAT THE RIGHT FOODS FOR ENERGY SO THAT IT'LL GIVE THE BOOST TO WORKOUT LONGER AND BETTER. OTHERWISE WHEN YOU CONTINUE TO EAT LESS THINKING YOU ARE LOSING WEIGHT, WHICH IS PROBABLY TRUE, BUT YOU ARE MORE THAN LIKELY TO LOSE "MUSCLE WEIGHTS" THAN "FAT WEIGHT" WHICH HAPPENS ALOT TO PEOPLE WHEN THEY "STARVE THE BODY" BY EATING LESS THAN YOUR REQUIRED CALORIES INTAKE. SO BE CAREFUL AND BE SMART AND HEALTHY!!!
I'M VERY HAPPY TO KNOW THAT I'M LIVING A MUCH HEALTHIER LIFESTYLE!!!
