TODAY WAS "LEGS & TRUNKS" AND I COMPLETED WEEK 04!!!
WHICH MEANS I HAVE 2 WEEKS LEFT AND I WILL INCREASE MY SETS FROM 7 TO 9!!! I KNOW MY BODY IS GONNA REALLY FEEL THE PAIN BUT AT LEAST IT'S A GOOD PAIN!!!
I'M STILL IN DANCE CLASS AND I'M DANCING THE "EAST COAST SWING" AND "MILONGA" WHICH IS BOTH HIGH ENERGY SO AT LEAST I'M GETTING SOME CARDIO!!!
SO AFTER I FINISH MY 1ST PHASE OF "PROJECT SYNERGY", I WILL TAKE 1 WEEK OFF AND DO THE 2ND PHASE OF "PROJECT SYNERGY" WHICH WILL BE A 5 WEEKS TRAINING PLAN UTILIZING "KETTLE BELLS", "YOGA" AND "CORE EXERCISES", AND OF COURSE... MORE CARDIO AND DANCING!!!

SO AFTER I FINISHED MY WORKOUT FOR THE DAY, I WENT OVER TO A FRIEND'S PLACE AND MADE A QUICK AND HEALTHY DINNER, "STEAK BURRITOS" USING WHOLE WHEAT WRAPS, LEAN TRIP TIP STEAK THINLY SLICED, THINLY CHOPPED FRESH GREEN PEPPERS AND YELLOW ONIONS, TOPPED WITH CHEDDAR CHEESE (2 OZ.), PLUS SEASONINGS AND THAT ABOUT WRAPS IT UP!!!
ONE BURRITO:
700 CALORIES, 73 GRAMS PROTEIN, 30 GRAMS CARBS, 31 GRAMS FAT!!!
