SINCE I WORK DAYSHIFT FOR THE ENTIRE MONTH OF NOVEMBER, I HAD TO CHANGE UP MY WORKOUT SCHEDULE AND NOW I DO IT BEFORE I GO TO WORK, WHICH IS A GREAT WAY TO BOOST MY MORNINGS. AFTER DOING A 30 MINUTE WORKOUT, I ALREADY FEEL ENERGIZED AND READY FOR WORK.
THE CLOTHES ARE GETTING LOOSER AND THE WEIGHT IS GOING DOWN AS PLANNED.
