IT HAS BEEN TWO DAYS NOW AND I AM FEELING MUCH BETTER. MY LOWER BACK STILL ACHES FROM TIME TO TIME BUT I'LL ENDURE IT. I ALSO DECIDED TO DO ONLY CARDIO THIS WHOLE WEEK AND SEE HOW I FEEL NEXT WEEK.
ALSO TODAY I STARTED KAHEALANI ON HER FIRST DRILLS WITH THE KETTLEBELLS DOING SHUTTLE RUNS. AND AFTER THAT SHE DID SOME BOXING WHICH SHE LOVED THE MOST.
